Palladium Homes was founded in 1992 by Greg Messer around a simple objective, to provide our clients with homes that are healthy for their families and the environment while providing sustainable and meaningful growth opportunities for our stakeholders, employees, contractors and trade partners. A member of the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association, Greg is committed to building healthy, energy efficient homes. His commitment to sustainable building practices is furthered by his involvement with the National Association of Home Builders’ Green Home Builders of the Triangle, where he serves on the Education Committee. To promote green building practices and community awareness, Greg frequently does presentations to Wake County high school and civic groups. |

Greg Messer graduated in 1992 from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. In 2000, he earned his Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A licensed building contractor and real estate broker in North Carolina, Greg supervises all field and office operations. To keep abreast of the industry’s technological advancements and building code issues, he is very active in the Home Builders Association of Raleigh Wake County, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
